Scallops

Day dawned wet. But gradually cleared. So we did a few jobs in the morning. Fixing steps and a bunch of other things, interspersed with a little reading and relaxing.

And then after lunch the day had cleared. Fishing, kids so keen! 5 snapper and 1 large Trevally was the score.. Poor Adam didn't catch a keeper, which was frustrating for him. But you get that, some days are good, some days are not ?

And then round to the boat for a dive, Another 50 or so scallops, got back at 6pm, fish flitting, scallop cleaning, assisted by a cold beer.

Last night, was a lovely one. Back to Auckland tomorrow.
