Paper making

Sophie got a paper making kit for Christmas and after leaving paper to mushdown in a bottle for a couple of days, we made the paper today.

The instructions said we could whizz it all up in a blender to make paper porridge but I wasn't sure if we would be enjoying paper and glitter in smoothies for a long time to come, so we tried a potato masher instead.

Sophie has made a number of sheets of sparkly paper but we will have to wait at least a day while it dries between cloths and news paper. Good fun though.
