Sausages!!!!

Spent the day being taught by these lovely people how to make sausage!
Breakfast at 10.30 was barbecued pork, bread and wine.
Lunch at 2.00 was....as breakfast!
Dinner at 8.00 was everything pork including pasta, brains, wine, whisky and sambuca
