Mirror, mirror on the wall

Walked over to the shops at lunchtime - just to get some fresh air, of course. This retail mirror would make you believe you look good in anything. Not me, however, the post -festive gluttony realisation has urgently forced me to cut down on the food consumption and get some exercise. Out for a run yesterday and planning tomorow to go for another jog. I've got the 5k Parkrun on the 28 January to aim for....
