Going underground

A very tiring Monday. I've spent nearly five hours this afternoon working with colleagues on improving our business systems across our global network. The meeting therefore involves teams coming together via a conference call with the UK, USA, Mexico and Chile. This can be quite time consuming but I'm sure with be worth it when we see the results.
