The shot was in the other direction
I'd stopped on the way home to try and capture an orange moon which had just risen over the horizon. Striated clouds added to the atmosphere but what I couldn't see in the dark, or through the rear display were two ugly electric wires cutting through the image.
I liked the cloud colours in the other direction and as a second option decided to shoot my car in the foreground. I used the small fill-in flash for the Nikon v1 in a vain attempt to illuminate the whole of the car. In the end this is a composite of three images, as the sky had all but cleared of interesting clouds by the time I had experimented with the flash compensation.
