Been a busy day. Stuff happening all over the place and a weeks worth of meals prepared too. Can't be bad.

New BP monitor arrived - perfect for blowing up balloons. On a more serious note, evening walk with the dog wearing headlamps hence the funky tree picture. Maybe if the man can guarantee these I'll be a bit happier about doing this more often. Might even take my tripod next time. (Yes this was hand held - taken a while but am beginning to think this camera is the bees knees!).

Other news: heard last night that my niece is now the British Champion, Junior Ladies Short Track Speed Skating. Way to go S!

Had intended a rant about the eedjit in Westminster who thinks he can pull the wool over the eyes of Scotland by pretending that he's our best friend. Not in my sandpit he doesn't.
