Sir Hyundai

For the past few weeks the brakes on our car have, very ocassionally, been misbehaving. Not badly, just enough to make your heart miss a beat when you're trying to stop. Today as we drove into Beziers they misbehaved twice. We were there to find a tile shop but instead we spotted the Hyundai dealer and pulled in. Fate?

Lizzie and the chef d'atelier, Jean-Paul, drove off and only when they returned after a 10 minute test drive did the brakes decide to do their "duh-duh-duh" tremble beneath the right foot. Aha. Not only could J-P believe us, he immediately grounded the car.

J-P phoned up a company, rented a car on our behalf and drove us there which struck us as pretty good service.

The last few days have felt as if we've woken up to a brand new Herculean task every day. We're hoping that today, with the help of Sir Hyundai, the tide may have turned.
