These trainers have seen a few miles in their time, although not of late!

I know, I know! Those of you who know me well know how many returns to running I have had recently. So, this is definitely it!

A gentle first run tonight along with SD. Still able to walk and breathe! Thankfully I like winter running so the cold suits me well. Apparently Mags couldn't join us - something about the ice falling out her glass??

However, my new goose down mattress topper has arrived and is on my bed along with freshly washed sheets. Hoping for the best night of sleep ever.........
