Cloudy Morning

This morning I got up at 6:45 and walked to the Masonic Temple in Old Town. I wanted to see the sunrise from the top of the steps, but it was cloudy. Still a good view of the train station and the town beyond.

I signed up for a drawing class last week. Today was the first class. We drew combinations of solid shapes painted white. Charcoal pencil on newsprint. It was more intense then I had expected. The teacher goes around the room critiquing and everyone can hear. It awakens my competitive spirit :) But I did OK.
