Dad

Tonight was a 4K run at Hempstead Lake State Park. I remember last year it was one of the most humid places to run, and it was again this year. I almost lost my lunch when I finished, but I beat last year's time. Last year I ran it in 28 minutes flat, and this year I ran it in 27:30. Chris finished at 28: 43.

This is a picture of my Dad laughing. We were laughing because he took his shoes off at the race. My mother just kind of looked at him baffled, because he never takes his shoes off; not even at home. He said his feet were hot. I don't blame him. Mine were too!

The bottom line is, I posted a portrait because Chris said I take good portraits. Whatever.
