Bagpuss, dear Bagpuss
Old Fat Furry Catpuss
Wake up and look at this thing that I bring
Wake up, be bright, be golden and light
Bagpuss, oh hear what I sing

Wherever I am, there's always Pooh,
There's always Pooh and Me.
Whatever I do, he wants to do,
"Where are you going today?" says Pooh:
"Well that's very odd 'cos I was too.
"Let's go together," says Pooh, says he.
"Let's go together," says Pooh.

Appley Dapply
has little sharp eyes,
And Appley Dapply
is so fond of pies!

I loved both Winnie the Poo and Beatrix Potter stories when I was small (er) I also quite liked Bagpuss as well (although this one was given to me when I was a bit bigger).
