Shall I enter a half marathon this year?
Went to the gym for a 4th night in a row. I done a 10k run in 59mins which isnt bad for someone over weight. Im now contemplating running the Wolverhampton half marathon this year to give me something to focus on. I did it 3years ago and run it in 1hr 40mins. However I did become OCD in my training and what I ate that year.
Also yet Another day of healthy eating, (pic), I wonder how long I can keep this up for, (maybe another day or 3).
I had my One to One with my boss at work today. I think he is a little p**sed off with me as each year our direct reports have to fill in survey, anonymously, about you and the team. The results are the used to work on continuous improvement with in the team (corporate bulls**t). I got an unbelievable score from my team which is world class, considerably higher than my boss. I absolutely milked it as well.
I am now going to get me a drink and wait for SOS DIY big build to come on and finish off another good day.
