So I've found a second agent of the little red riding hoods, she is clearly attempting to decode this newspaper in order to plot her next major act of terrorism!

But don't worry I am on the case to solve this mystery!

I picked up her paper and am now in the process of decoding her messages. I will update you all 2moz with my findings.
