Being Good?

After a lengthy meeting I am now familiar with a statistical analysis of what I already knew.
Upon data such as this, OFSTED will one day make a preliminary judgement. Then they will come and haunt us, watch us, question us, make notes on us, frighten some of us and finally....?
If everything is exactly as it should be, if we meet standards, targets and expectations, we should be labelled 'Satisfactory'. Which it isn't really, is it? To be 'Good' we would need to be doing something outstanding, it seems. And to be outstanding??
