Tuesday: Hanging Out in Victoria

Tonight was the night to say goodbye to my lovely friend, Steve, who is leaving me on Friday to go to Bangkok for ten months.  It feels like an age before I will see him again.  

We also met up with a couple of other friends, who live in Brighton and who we don't see that often, and a fine time was had by all.  We met up in a pub in Victoria - walking there, I took this photo.  I love the buildings in that neighbourhood - they are all very 'Upstairs, Downstairs'.

On a course all this week so I shall be ducking and diving around London again - it actually feels good to be out of the loft and in amongst buildings again!  Maybe I need help........
