Happy days

This is our new ceiling, if you have to have earthquake damage then it may as well happen to something you hate, in this case a horrible old stipple ceiling. now we will have a nice new flat white ceiling.

It was hot today and there seemed to be builders in every part of the house. It was really hot but i had to sit outside and do some work as i couldnt get one place that i didnt get moved on.

Im not complaining as the builders have been really good but i dont want to get in their way. As long as the rain stays away there is enough room for eveyone.
