Board Practise

Today Cottesloe Surf Club held a training session for its younger members.

Conditions were ideal and some 30 young aspiring lifesavers attended lessons on wave skis.

They were just so fantastic, young, energetic and full of life, enjoying what were really superb summer conditions.

Next week when they attend a surf carnival the weather is predicted to be windy and the water a lot tougher than the flat conditions we had today. This will make for a lot of fun for the younger paddlers.

I had the pleasure today of helping one of the instructors and it was a real priviledge to see these kids just really having so much natural fun
