Dragon

I attempted to post this on monday, but due to painfully slow internet that didn't happen. Now running again, so here it is:

Over the weekend I bought a kite, with the thought that it might be fun for the kidlets. On Monday, with a good wind and the sun shining, big bro tsuken and I took the four kids up to Highfield reserve.

The kids had great fun chasing the long green tail of the kite, and having a go at flying it - with tsuken's help. Mr. H., the eldest at 7yo, did very well at flying it by himself too - better than my attempts which generally resulted in crashing and bumping along the grass (the kite not me).

This was my favourite pic of the day, I like the line of my brother and the kids, and the kite, with it's tail above. I cropped the photo slightly, and tweaked the color balance.
