Back To The Old House

A mostly rubbish day, due to closed motorways, missed appointments, six hours in an empty house waiting for a British Gas man who never turned up and a very stinky flooded dishwasher (oh, the joys of being a landlord). And I lost out on a business contract that I'd really been looking forward to working on. Buh.

ANYWAY... as annoying as it was, I still have a soft spot for this house. We lived in it for about five years or so a little while back and have rented it out ever since. We fell in love with the double-height windows and the upstairs beams. If we could have picked it up and dropped it where we live now, we'd have done that :-)
