Accident!

I came across this scene on my way to work. I guessed it must have been serious as police wouldn't normally go to these lengths for a normal road traffic accident.

Unfortunately it transpired that a pedestrian was hit by a car and badly hurt in the early hours of the morning. The pedestrian subsequently died in hospital.
