Running Gear

The New Year has me energized to get outside more and run. The hat and gloves and coat are required during the current cold snap. I've been wearing the Garmin for five years or so to track my mileage. The new tool is my iphone with ear phones tucked in the back pocket of a bike jersey and tuned to my favorite Pandora stations. Currently listening to Landslide, The Sound of Silence, and Lose Yourself radio.
