So let me get this right...

A new theme has emerged for me to Blip, 'the over complicated theme'.

I spotted these bicycle safety boxes up at the Queen Margaret Hospital this evening after a paying a visit to see my Dad who is poorly. I'd seen these boxes for a while but hadn't figured out what they where until tonight and it dawned on me that I'd never once spotted a bicycle in one of them.

I checked out the instructions on the top and figured out why... its probably really simple and easy to use once you've done it or can actually see a bicycle in one of them but I wonder if everyone is just waiting to see someone else do it first?
