The wall

As yesterday spent the day home with the kids. Tried again some teleworking with no success so going to have plenty of stuff to do tomorrow when getting back to the office.

To balance yesterdays indoor cycling with the trainer decided to warm up the sauna and perform one and half hour bike ride before that - outside. The weather was a bit windy -8C degrees, had no problems to cope except the toe department as the spd shoes and the metal cleat will let the cold through..

Anyway nice ride with my beloved Steamroller.
