The day I barely saw daylight

A healthy dinner tonight (see pic)!

Spent last night at the local hospital as my neck pain was so bad. They say my neck muscle is in spasm and is spasm-ing on a nerve, no wonder it hurts! They prescribed super super pain killers which I completely underestimated and have been comatosed for most of today. I can't even say if they're working as when I wake up I'm in pain again until I fall asleep! Never again will I think neck/back ache is "not that bad" again!

Doctors in the morning for a physio referral. Joy!

I just want to get back to work!!!!
