Wings Over America

RunningBackwards comments on 10 Jan made me search out my vinyl collection.

Wings weren't in my parents' record collection, I seem to recollect them listening to 'Sing Something Simple' on a Sunday evening, big band music and my father trad. jazz. Not sure that they influenced the purchase: the 'triple' vinyl album 'Wings over America' - wow - recorded live in ... America in 1976. Makes me feel absolutely ancient!

Can't remember the last time I listened to it. Yesterday? Lady Madonna, Band on the Run, The Long and Winding Road. Maybe I'm Amazed - Perhaps I'll have to get it on my iPod.
