Soup?

I love the veg box, as I might have mentioned before. And I love the mud that comes with the veg - you eat a peck of muck a'fore ye die. I'm hoping this might be the basis of tomorrow's soup.

I was going leave identification to the guess work of the uninitiated, until I found this definition on Wiki: 'Celeriac (Apium graveolens rapaceum) is also known as celery root, turnip-rooted celery or knob celery.' Now my Sam is not very keen on celery, but is going to be in hoots of laughter when she sees what sort of celery it is. Te he - some of us never grow up. We might grow older, but we ain't never going to grow up!
