Ankle Saltire

Took Juno fro a stroll round the streets this morning, no stumps for distraction.

Work was a calmness of care.

Went out for a lunchtime walk and met a pal I had not seen for ages and we had a great chat.

Ran to football, we had a great session of fun drills and lots of running with a ball(fitness without them knowing they were doing it). We only had 15 and we needed 16 so I joined in and I am knackered.

Stump on the way home spotted by eco daughter, with the one on the way to work another 2.

Some soup, family chat and now bed.
