For old time's sake

was late for work so had to nip out for food - for once i rejected tesco prepack sarnies in favour of a fresh filled coronation chicken bagel from foodies. for one, i was totally starving - and for two, i was late because something came up after a conversation i was having with someone with whom i used to frequently indulge in foodies bagels and coffees and it seemed fitting. been a long time, but a good conversation - a few gaps filled; a favour finally done; a special milestone reached; a gift finally handed over and a general reconnection had.

combination of a bit of light relief and a good solid chunk of food kept me going thru what was A Bit Of A Night at work, too - thanks pet :-)
