Mirror Mirror on the Lake

What a beautiful sunny day we had here. It was very chilly in the morning but warmed up slightly as the day went on. The sky was a constant shade of baby blue with a few wisps of white clouds to be seen only here and there.

I took a peek outside late in the afternoon as the sun was going down and was surprised to see the lake so calm that you could see the reflection of the mountain. This is very unusual as there is normally enough of a breeze to stir the surface of the lake. The sunlight was so low it was just shining on Little White. We had a fire rage across the mountain in 2003 and you can really see the damage it caused with the light layer of snow on the hillside.
