Soap bubbles

We have a couple of small soap factories on the island. One of them has a little shop downtown. They have invented a very smart way of drawing public attention to their business. On the roof of their shop there is a little appartus that with the help of the wind emits lots of soap bubbles. The bubbles spread all over the street and the neighbourhood.
