road to recovery.......

................or hell more like. in fact i almost went with this one entitled "death of me".
really cheery sounding i know but it's not that bad, honest.

so today's blip is indeed me out on my mean machine. i have finally been allowed to start doing some proper physical activity after another 3 month lay off after tearing my calf muscle for a second time. i can't describe how good it feels to be out and getting some decent exercise. this is the 5th day in a row i've been out and have only felt the slightest of twinges after yesterdays cycle.
anyway you lot better appreciate the effort that went into getting this shot. i was bloody knackered after running back and forth between my camera and my bike................and believe me when i say i took more than a few shots to try and get a half decent one with all of me in frame and focus (sort of anyway.)
