Sunrise

I'm not an early morning person so I rarely get the chance to get those stunning sunrise pictures that so many people here on blip take. This morning though I was getting ready at my usual time & I happened to glance out the window and saw that the sky was a phenomenal array of colours. This photo isn't the best one to show those colours but it was the one that worked best compositionally.

Had to take Charlotte to the hospital this morning about her urinary infections. It was just an initial consultation but the next stage is for her to have a scan of her kidneys, liver etc to make sure everything's ok.

Dropped her back at school and then Glen & I went out for lunch to the lovely Thai in Battle. It was gorgeous food & I am now completely stuffed. It's been very nice having him at home for the last 2 weeks while he's had a break between work contracts to catch up with some of the jobs around the house & garden. Back to normal next week.
