Preparing for Chinese New Year

My city celebrates Chinese New Year with a very colorful festival that I look forward to because it gives me lots of photo opportunities. The festival takes place next week so they've started to put up the red lanterns. I just hope it doesn't rain because the weather's not been too good lately.
