Task of today was giving the kitchen worktop its annual feed of Danish oil. It was very grateful.

Rather alarming instructions stated that the cloth should be left to dry flat in case of spontaneous combustion! I was tempted to leave it scrunched up outside to see what happened. But I didn't.
