Dark and Light

And in this case, the DARKER, the better.

Wow is all I can say.

First migraine today, and all I can is it completely debilitated me.

Loss of vision
Throbbing head
Body numbness
Nausea
Vomiting
Sensitivity to light and sound
And I just couldn't crawl down any farther into the darkness and quiet.

I just hope this isn't the beginning of a trend for me.

My heart goes out to those of you who suffer from migraines. What a completely life altering state to be in.
