Milepost

This morning the wire was finally removed from the washing machine, so I did lots of washing today.

This afternoon I walked down to St John's Road to get a few things, and back up Clermiston Road. I passed this milestone on the way. It now stands outside a block of new shops on the north side of the road, opposite Kirk Loan. It looks a bit marooned amongst all that concrete.

Three miles is about the distance I walked today - still finding it exhausting!
