Chamber of Commerce building Strasbourg

This is a good environment for tertiary education students to study in. It is clean, well-equipped and the canteen is subsidised (a three-course meal costs about 6 euros).

Transport is good in Strasbourg too with a network of tram liners criss-crossing the city. The disadvantage for car drivers is that you often have to wait a long time at traffic lights to pass and often do a U turn because the trams go down the centre of the road and you can only cross at certain intersections.

Winter has been exceptionally mild; I was expecting 3 feet of snow but there hasn't been any so far.
