A bright blue sky

What a beautiful day! It was nice to be out, in the day light. I feel I leave for work in the dark and return in the dark at the moment, so it was nice to get a call from "A" suggesting a walk. We headed for the Moss. I have blipped it before
From the other end and Further along the path It is such a fantastic open space, providing dog walkers with exercise areas, cyclists and walkers with paths and commuters with a short cut to the train station. Both ends have rugby pitches. One the rugby clubs and the other the local authorities, although that one is used for football too.
During the WWII the peat bogs and hills were used as a rifle test range, and the peat excavation has long since been consigned to the history pages. Its great that we still have places like this to enjoy so close at hand. Enjoy your evening folks!
