Solo light trail

For someone who knows their way round a camera this is basic stuff.....I don't know my way round my camera.....yet......consequently there was a fair amount of swearing and a bit of help from G who already showed me how to do one at the weekend.

So, this is my first solo (ish) effort.....well I'm quite pleased.

In other news, I ran again this evening......the assorted pains from 2 nights ago came back, I'm now sitting here with a dull ache in my inner hip type area.

Tomorrow is Friday !!!!!! and tomorrow evening we have our works Christmas dinner.....Yes, I realise its a bit late. The Anaesthetic Consultants failed to find a suitable pre christmas date and therefore its now tomorrow.
I'm hoping to blip myself and my very lovely colleagues all tarted up, I think its the first time we will have been out together where none of us have to drive........could get messy :)
