amaryllis

I've blipped the holiday flower arrangement twice before, here and here. It really was cleverly designed. The first phase was evergreen, mums, roses and hydrangea, the next phase, paperwhites, and now amaryllis. Only the hydrangea and roses have really passed so I pulled the bits that didn't look good. I've never had a bouquet that lasted so long. It continues to be a source of beauty and cheer, especially on a dreary, cold, snowy day such as this one.
