Mystery solved

Well, we finally worked out that Tuesday's Mystery building looks very different at the front. Currently empty, this building was originally home to the Royal School for the Blind, Liverpool, an institution founded in 1791 and commemorated by the blue plaque on the front. It was then the Trades Union Resource and Unemployment Centre but it is now empty and up for sale. The pub attached, The Flying Picket, is also closed though the sign remains. It's a good site in the city centre but probably quite a difficult building to bring back into use.
