Roast chicken <3

It rained all last night and it was pure bliss when I woke to a cloudy sky and an average mid 20degrees temperature with wind, after the excessively hot weather we have been getting. I decided to make the most of it and go a run in Palermo. This didn't go too well and left me feeling unfit and worried for the Great North Run that I unthinkingly put myself in for a few days ago. I reckon that the training programme will have to begin sooner rather than later!

To top off my day I cooked a semi roast dinner (not the same without the cocktail sausages, cranberry sauce or bisto gravy) and watched the new season of One Tree Hill.
