Screen Two

For Leasko. Went to see 'The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo' last night at Broadway, presuming it'd be upstairs in Screen One. Unfortunately It'd been bumped downstairs by virtue of 'The Artist' being such a hit - and Screen Two doesn't have any fancy curtains! (Didn't stop us getting a gentle telling off for taking a picture of the - blank! - screen anyway, though I'm not sure what effect this example of piracy will have on David Fincher's profits!) As for the film, I enjoyed it, and will probably be in the critical minority that think it's better than the Swedish version. I'd already presumed I would - what else is 'Girl...' but a slightly over-the-top conspiracy theory thriller with a kickass punk-rock heroine after all - pure Hollywood!
