Pheasant and crow

Another bright day with blue skies after a frosty start this morning,rather pleased with myself today,first week of my diet i have lost 4.5 lbs!

Did the food shop this morning,saw this pheasant on our hedge as i pulled up at the cottage,but he did a runner up the road! been busy making a birthday cake for my other half this afternoon,planning a healthy cottage pie for dinner.
