Steady

At the risk of repeating myself, I'm going to repeat myself anyway.

Got called into work this morning when I was expecting a morning at home catching-up with 'stuff'. That 'stuff' will just have to wait. A steady 50 lengths in the pool at lunchtime left me feeling calm, relaxed and ready for a tough afternoon in my, erm, kitchen, faffing with photos and tunes.

Finally got hold of an album that I've been meaning to buy for at least 18months after first hearing it when the guys in my favourite record shop in town had it on one afternoon. It's just glorious. Whether you want to call it astral or spiritual jazz it's up to you, there's definitely a touch of the truly cosmic about it. Such a great album.
