Breakfast of Champions.
This is what I'm eating for Breakfast and before bed every day at the moment...
6 Egg Whites and 2 Yolks.
8o grams of Oats.
1 Banana
2 scoops of Whey Protein.
5 Branch Chain Amino Acid tablets.
I usually throw it all in the blender except the Banana. A quick and easy meal that's going to help me GROW!!!!
