Hubbard squash

This week I was given a Hubbard squash. This huge green thing with a knobby skin. I have always walked past it at the shops. Don't know it, won't eat it!

Well, we tried it last night. I sprinkled some olive oil over it, some veggie seasoning and stuck it in the oven. I did not have much hope that the kinds would eat it.

Well, with a bit of chicken spice over it, the boys finished the lot! They liked it so much, I had to make some more tonight!

Progress... to healthier eating!
