Week 2 - Exercise

Slí na Sláinte is Irish for "Path to Health", it's an exercise concept devised and launched about 6 years ago by the Irish Heart Foundation.

There are over 160 Slí na Sláinte walking routes dotted around the country in different urban and suburban settings, this one just happens to be on my way to work but I only walk a fraction of the route.
