Oldham Street, Sunset

It was nice today that a couple of people in town asked for directions & seemed to want to chat. It made me feel like a 'friendly local'. Hanging out with couchsurfers always makes me see Manchester differently. It's always nice to remember how someone new to the city can find it interesting or exciting in ways you never might have anticipated. Cycling back in the sunset, where the Hacienda used to be, a lone Canada goose, low and in full voice, did a solo flyover.
